Canaan Children's Home

EDUCATIONAL TRAINING

Most orphans in Uganda live with foster families who do well to send their own biological children to school, they simply cannot afford more.  In Uganda, primary and secondary school students must pay fees in order to attend either public or private schools.  Canaan Children's Home with your help is transforming the lives of orphan and destitute children taking them from hopeless situations, providing hope, food, clothing and an education building a brighter future.  The children at Canaan Children's Home are transported in a small pick-up truck owned by the orphanage to St. Moses Primary School, a private Anglican school, five miles from the orphanage. The children are required to obtain uniforms and shoes. The orphanage must raise $30.00 to send each child for a trimester ($90.00/year).

At Canaan Children's Home, we are raising up educated leaders with life supporting skills.
